Perchance to dream.

Perchance the unbelievers will wish that they had surrendered

Perchance thou consumest thyself that they are not believers.

And what should teach thee? Perchance he would cleanse him,

But speak to him mildly perchance he may take warning or fear (Allah).

yet speak gently to him, that haply he may be mindful, or perchance fear.'

But what could tell thee but that perchance he might grow (in spiritual understanding)?

Thus do We explain the signs in detail and perchance they may turn (unto Us).

In half an hour she promis'd to return. Perchance she cannot meet him that's not so.

Yet perchance, if they believe not in this tiding, thou wilt consume thyself, following after them, of grief.

Believers, fasting is decreed for you as it was decreed for those before you perchance you will be cautious.

Thou wouldst only, perchance, fret thyself to death, following after them, in grief, if they believe not in this Message.

Yet perchance, if they do not believe in this tiding, you will consume yourself with grief and follow after them.

Or perchance he was some Achilles, who had nourished his wrath apart, and had now come to avenge or rescue his Patroclus.

Perchance your Lord will have mercy upon you but if you return, We shall return and We have made Gehenna a prison for the unbelievers.

Know well that Allah revives the earth after it becomes lifeless. We have clearly shown Our Signs to you, perchance you will use your reason.

Men ask thee concerning the Hour Say, The knowledge thereof is with Allah (alone) and what will make thee understand? perchance the Hour is nigh!

So We said Strike the (body) with a piece of the (heifer). Thus Allah bringeth the dead to life and showeth you His Signs Perchance ye may understand.

And perchance, if you can always keep this picture in your mind, that when we convene maybe in the distant future, in 2020, that picture will look very different.

Said Pharaoh's wife, 'He will be a comfort to me and thee. Slay him not perchance he will profit us, or we will take him for a son.' And they were not aware.

A section of the People of the Book say Believe in the morning what is revealed to the believers, but reject it at the end of the day perchance they may (themselves) Turn back

When some of them said Why do ye preach to a people whom Allah will destroy or visit with a terrible punishment? said the preachers To discharge our duty to your Lord, and perchance they may fear Him.

And remember We took your covenant and We raised above you (The towering height) of Mount (Sinai) (Saying) Hold firmly to what We have given you and bring (ever) to remembrance what is therein Perchance ye may fear Allah.

When We shook the Mount over them, as if it had been a canopy, and they thought it was going to fall on them (We said) Hold firmly to what We have given you, and bring (ever) to remembrance what is therein perchance ye may fear Allah.

It is He Who sendeth the winds like heralds of glad tidings, going before His mercy when they have carried the heavy laden clouds, We drive them to a land that is dead, make rain to descend thereon, and produce every kind of harvest therewith thus shall We raise up the dead perchance ye may remember.
