So this demand curve will also have the same shape from the top left to the bottom right it satisfies the law of demand.

And we can use it to launch nanosatellites into orbit.

'What can I do to increase the number of employees?'

Even the new Jack 2 field in the gulf of Mexico would only supply a few months of domestic demand.

So this is price, and this right over here is quantity.

And so, for any given price point, the demand would increase.

And if there's more cash in the banking system this guy right over here needs less

And so if income goes up for this laptop, the demand will increase.

So income goes down, demand goes up.

And you can match that demand, hour by hour, for the whole year almost.

And so essentially, it will shift, it will change the entire demand curve.

Why is that important?

These convenient goods will meet our customers' demands.

We have to meet the demand.

At any given price point, the quantity demanded will go up.

So, income goes up, then that increases demand.

If we lower the price of a product, that will raise the quantity demanded of that product.

So, it would shift the demand curve to the right or it would increase demand.

Actually, we're going to start with aggregate demand and then start talking about aggregate supply.

If we talk about an actual quantity, we should say the quantity demanded.

Or another way to think of it is, is this entire demand curve.

You know, 20 years ago, some of the most amazing brands were built in the early days of cable, that met these new niche content demands from consumers.

They take a look at the demands that are out there beauty products, healthy schools, electricity and how the money's flowing to meet those demands.

With this factory and 100,000 planes a year, we could make all of America's electricity in about 10 years.

You'd need millions and millions of teachers in China, India, Nigeria and the rest of developing world to meet need.

This guy needs less cash, so it lowers demand.

I'd rather have than just getting more of this thing right over here

So you had this whole situation where the population was actually decreasing.

When we hold everything else equal, we're moving along a given demand curve.

This is the total numbers of cupcakes all of the factories in the market can produce.

This column let me put my price.

So population goes up.

Treasuries.

And the way we show demand increasing is the whole curve shifts to the right so this right over here demand increased demand went up when income went up.

That's enough energy to meet the daily electrical needs of 200 American households.

If we change one of those things, we might actually shift the curve.

And then our short run aggregate supply might look something like this, aggregate supply in the short run.

So in that case, even though the money supply is huge, or a lot larger than it was, people aren't expressing demand.

These goods are in great demand.

So it's shifting demand to the right.

And there is a little bit of a negative feedback, if price goes up.

This puts pressure on food demand.

So this is actually changing our demand, it's changing our whole relationship.

They decide to sell their house.
