So where are we going to get this information?

True, some economists point to the halcyon days of the 1950 s and early 1960 s, when Europe, the US, and Japan prospered, but interest rates generally remained well below the rate of economic growth. Since that was a golden era for global growth, why worry if we are seeing the same phenomenon today?
