The consumer is demanding it.

And this value, this is called a well in general, whenever you're valuing anything, it's called a valuation.

It's worth 5 million.

It will make longer lasting products.

And we already see signs of organization going on here.

And we'll talk a little bit more about assets and enterprise value, and there's a little bit of a nuance there, but essentially the company itself.

We essentially sold them at 10 a share.

And of course the pre money valuation is just you just take the pre money valuation plus the amount of cash they're giving us.

Stock prices soared in active trading as corporations announced good financial results.

And then we also see this movement forward from dollars and cents.

In South Korea and Indonesia, women own nearly half a million firms.

So the combined assets, if you believe that this is worth 5 million, is now 10 million, right?

So once again we get into this what is the company worth right now?

And since we want to know what this is worth this is before we got any kind of money from investors this would be called a pre money valuation.

So it's a very different scenario depending on what our pre money valuation is.

Well, what the market is saying in this situation, and this is actually what tends to happen where the market value or in general the market value of a company tends to be higher than the book value, is that the company is saying that this company has some type of intangibles, things that you really can't put a finger on, or touch or feel or hold.

The state is everywhere in China.

I think we can change the work that we do.

So you have a periphery and a center which contains about 75 percent of all the players, and in the center, there's this tiny but dominant core which is made up of highly interconnected companies.

And so after that offering, well, our pre money valuation was 30 million and our post money is now 40 million.

And we've done our models, and we think this is a 5 billion market.

You can either live in a world which is poorer, which people in general don't like.

So just to take some quick examples

So going back to what we were talking about, what is the post money valuation?

In the private sector, when you squeeze that kind of additional value out of a fixed cost investment, it's called a billion dollar company.

So no matter what I do, between the pre money and the post money valuation, my per share value doesn't change any.

We have partners. It's not hard to guess Google would be one.

Now what's our mantra of this day and age I wonder?

Those other things are called non state actors.

A business model is how a company creates values for itself while delivering products or services for its customers.

Now what we actually computed in our study was the control over the TNCs' value.

Well that's still a Price to Earnings based on 2010 of 100 divided by 2 is 50 you're like, that's still expensive.
