So a security in the equity world is a stock.

So it's essentially this is an IOU from Company XYZ.

And if buying debt seems like a weird thing to say, buying debt is the same thing as lending money (lending money).

It can do it through debt or equity.

Of course, if enough people start defaulting, even these people start to get hurt.

There's very little chance of them defaulting on their loans.

It might have been structured so that Corporation A right here, before even issuing the bonds, they include this insurance with the bond.

But kind of the one that people always talk about, I guess in the same phrase, is bonds.

They'd start with your bonds preferred stock, and then move on to real estate.

So what we're going to do is we're going to insure this bond.

And you end up with a mortgage backed security.

The 400 million senior tranche we raised from 1000 senior securities, collateralized debt obligations.

And we came up with this idea of issuing bonds, press freedom bonds.

And we said there's different kinds of debt.

But then there's a very fundamental difference in what the holder of the bond is doing.

Because the government now owns 90 something percent of the company.

However, in a pure quantitative easing regime, the focus of quality is the quantity of bank reserves, which are liabilities of the central bank the composition of loans and securities on the asset side of the central bank's balance sheet is incidential.

Word is that davis' fund has taken some big hits on mortgagebacked securities.

But it is just like a stock.

And then this is the thing that I really wanted to highlight, that it also had 4 billion of residential collateralized debt obligations.

And what is a bond?

And we learned that debt securities are often called bonds.

So these shares each of these one million shares this is a mortgage backed security.

And the environment might be things like the stock market or the bond market or the commodities market.

So what you do is you have, let's say, the 6 million.

And the loans are just the right on these 10 payments.
