If I'm going to get an 8 return on my money, that's my benefit, it makes sense for me to borrow it at 5 .

It didn't make sense for them to borrow at 5 and invest it and only get a 4 return, a 3 return, but now that interest rates have gone down, now it does make sense for them to borrow the money all the way down to someone who has some type of project or investment that has a 3 return.

If I charge 1.60 per cupcake and I only sell 400,000 cupcakes,

Well their intention was to take these home equity loans and put that money to work, invest it in some way.

In a situation where you have growth, you put the new money into this.

But from an investment point of view it makes even more sense.

So it gives these shares to each of these people, and they have to contribute 200, so essentially, it puts another 1,000 into the pool, that Pete can now manage, and so now the total NAV for the fund is 2,000 now and Pete will get his 1 management fee off of this entire 2,000.

And maybe we borrowed a little bit more money and, actually it did turn out that way, that we borrowed some people's output even more to fuel some of our investment as well.

So let me delete this.

So you have tons of investors.

But definitely the person with 3.1 or 3.2 , if they have investments that give them that much, they would definitely want to borrow.

Here in this situation, I actually make money.

Nature, city. Nothing changes.

The amount of money you get.

Is that something that you are still invested in, that you still believe in the notion of investment?

And then the company might have made some money there.

The operations didn't push that cash up, the buisness itself, this is just an investment that we made.

There's only 25,000 in this little pile of money that I'm collecting, but people think that there should be 35,000.

It takes investing in those entrepreneurs that are committed to service as well as to success.

And finally there's the I , or investment.

You can get investors through equity, and we've done several videos on that.

The last two examples I gave contribute to the collective wealth society, some of which you share, and that is your return on the investment.

This kind of data can become routine.
