So one of the tools that we use to sample the deep ocean are remotely operated vehicles.

That's good to know.

The probe materialized at the target coordinates.

Europa is so far away that even at the speed of light, it would take more than an hour for the command just to reach the vehicle.

But even tiny Enceladus may be large enough to hide life.

Now, what are you going to do when you reach the surface of that ocean?
