Now what's our mantra of this day and age I wonder?

Inherently, when you're talking about value, you have to take the price per share and you multiply it times the number of shares.

And I think this is very obvious to you, but let me write that down.

So whenever you have a discussion on the things that may or may not drive inflation it's important to weight them by these weightings that the CPI gives them to actually figure out what the actual impact on how we measure inflation really will be.

How did the stock offering go?

This is the book value for a share.

So let me switch colors just to ease the monotony.

It's classic pump and dump.

Gaia matrix's stock has been falling for months.

And the equity holders get wiped out, the old equity holders.

They've never made money.

Stocks fell hard.

Stock prices dropped.

Stock prices fell quickly.

Stock prices fell sharply.

The retail price index is a barometer of economic activity.

And this calculation, this multiplication of market price per share times the number of shares this is called the market cap

You'll always hear this reported in the news especially if you watch some of the business programming.

The company's share price has fallen.

So they have times one million shares.

So really the stock has no value.
