Our energy sources are not sustainable.

For me, what's important.

There's two great forces that are both volitional but inevitable.

Climate change is real.

And it's this stuff in the middle here, which is what you do if you don't stop the emissions quickly enough.

We have now, and are the first generation with, the power to do this.

So what needs to be done?

Okay? We cannot reduce animal numbers to rest it more without causing desertification and climate change.

You know the climate.

We, the people, still believe that our obligations as Americans are not just to ourselves, but to all posterity.

They've got no points of land more than about six feet above sea level.

We're not even slowing down.

And, of course, Arctic communities are toast.

In the U.K., the Thames Barrier protects London from storm surge.

And even at that time, with the introduction of agriculture, 8,000, 10,000 years ago we started to see climate change.

Volcanoes eject aerosols into the atmosphere.

And I'll mention them the emission of CO2, climate change, the fact that we have the responsibility of the acceleration of the climate change.

So those are all natural causes of climate change.

Now, by the time you are doing that and increasing greatly the percentage of bare ground on more than half the world's land, you are changing macroclimate.

The climate is changing.

Don't we already know how they affect temperatures?

You know, this is really an infinite thing.

What's new is just the degree of it.

Where do you think the action is going to be?

We see and feel the climate changes, the droughts and the flooding, the storms and the heat.

And it was unstable without its tail. Now mostly tails limit maneuverability,

And we know the solar output's not constant through time.

And the same thing is true for people who are in absolute crisis. Right?

It may surprise you that it's not only climate.

Number two, very quickly

The logic is as long as we stay under the cap, it doesn't matter who pollutes and who innovates.

They are both two branches of the same field of atmospheric science.

Has the climate changed?

So, we're not sure where this story is going to end, whether it's got a happy or sad ending.

Here we have our secrets.

That is the change needed to restore energy balance and prevent further warming.
