We decided that the one that most people could relate to because most people had been through, was the job interview.

What is the process of recovery?

Think of the contact of that that's possible.

A few years back a group of researchers at University College London brought a bunch of memory champions into the lab.

And we designed this telemedicine solution.

So we do random assignment, placebo controlled,

We're in a laboratory.

But I am also trying to make sanitary pad with the good cotton. It's not working.

And then we published our findings in the journal Nature.

You know, it's important.

This is the outcome of our research.

It's 1964, and we're back at Bell Labs.

We have made use of the laboratory.

Now we study this, as the nerdy, laboratory, university based scientists that we are, by engaging the brains of animals like rats, or monkeys, or of this particularly curious creature one of the more bizarre forms of life on earth to engage them in learning new skills and abilities.

We need to discover what those differences are.

How do we explore intelligence in this animal that's so different from us?

What can we do here?

He studied the flight of birds.

He studied how birds flew.

He studied the way birds fly.

And today, I had time to show you one point in this new design space, and a few of the possibilities that we're working to bring out of the laboratory.

I try to find a match between my potential ideas and the problem.

And every one of those scientists is in a research group, and every research group studies a wide variety of topics.

And of course, these transcend age, race, culture, gender.

We've made a few hits, a few, I think, embryonic discoveries.

And it's fun!

And boy are we willing to fill in those gaps in our lives with lies.

It turns out that this score is actually meaningful.

The normal example, let's take the human mammary gland.

Is, hard for students to wrap their head around because it's a hypothetical.

So it was just the pure rendering of the shape of the object.

Doing research.

I want to study history.

A chromosome, by the way, is just a piece of inert chemical material.

Very, very powerful.

And so we built a laboratory in the back of an 18 wheeler trailer, and actually took the laboratory to the field where we could get better samples.
