And you hear the words scarce resources a lot when people talk about economics.

That was one of those turning points where I said, wow what am I doing here?

Where do they get their water? Where do they get their shelter?

Resources.

Let's think a little bit about leverage.

And if you look at the species level, you saw about fish.

I'm going to show you about leverage.

I'll actually talk about how leverage is regulated within banks, but just to give you another measure of leverage because this measure I gave you if someone says 10 3

They are the happiest place.

In order to restore the bond, we need to utilize regional resources.

And economics is very interested in scarcity.

It's your resource it's not somebody else's.

Growth of use will consume any energy or resources saved through conservation.

An analogue would be the growth of bacteria in a petri dish.

You know, things like cashpoor and leveraged quarterly decline, yadda, yadda, yadda.

Well, because there's a lot at stake.

It takes too much energy. It will cost too much.

Leverage is when you use debt to buy an asset.

So, assets are equal to 1,000 gold pieces.

So there's lots of reason for pessimism.

That country has natural resources.

But we need to think broad scale. We need to think globally.

We have to look at the education of humans.

So I asked the Minister over dinner,

And he described the diversity within crops all the different kinds of wheat and rice and such as a genetic resource.

Handle the tasks, resources, and cost of your projects

The district is abundant in natural resources.

The country is rich in natural resources.

The resources of the earth are limited.

This country is poor in natural resources.

The entire aid flows to the 60 countries of the bottom billion last year were 34 billion.

They're really difficult for plants to produce.

And those resources are going away.

And it can be done.

We've seen an image of our blue planet, our world bank.

And this is very important.

You'll hear people talking in terms of 10 1 or 2 1, or something to one, but 10 3 is a fair leverage ratio.

Basically classified adverts with a search facility.

So I'm going to talk about some projects that have explored these ideas.

And you feel something about this.

Now, we're talking about a continent that is not poor.

That's Norway, the richest country in Europe. It's Australia. It's Canada.
