So they would send the message to contact, they'd set an appointment, they'd send out a short summary electronically, they'd have a conversation, and follow up.

But, either way, you fall for the rest of your life. Those climbers were up near the summit, along that summit ridge that you see up there, and I was down here in Camp Three.

We did a study in which we had people apply for a job, and they could apply for a job either with a traditional paper résumé, or on Linkedln, which is a social networking site like Facebook, but for professionals involves the same information as a résumé.
