And whosoever forbeareth and forgiveth that verily is of the firmness of affairs.

An evil act is like a rotten tree torn out of the earth with no (base or) firmness.

Most certainly We had given Adam a command before, but he forgot. We found him lacking in firmness of resolution.

Believers, fight the unbelievers who are near you. Let them find firmness in you. Know that Allah is with those who are cautious.

So patiently persevere for verily the promise of Allah is true nor let those shake thy firmness, who have (themselves) no certainty of faith.

O ye who believe! fight the unbelievers who gird you about, and let them find firmness in you and know that Allah is with those who fear Him.

O My son! establish prayer and command that which is reputable and forbid iniquity, and bear patiently whatsoever may befall thee verily that is of the firmness of affairs.

God gives firmness to those who believe, with the firm word, in this life, and in the Hereafter. And God leads the wicked astray. God does whatever He wills.

Thus, through a firm word, Allah grants firmness to the believers both in this world and in the Hereafter. As for the wrong doers, Allah lets them go astray. Allah does whatever He wills.

O my son! establish regular prayer, enjoin what is just, and forbid what is wrong and bear with patient constancy whatever betide thee for this is firmness (of purpose) in (the conduct of) affairs.

Those who show patience, Firmness and self control who are true (in word and deed) who worship devoutly who spend (in the way of Allah) and who pray for forgiveness in the early hours of the morning.

Do not take oaths to deceive each other, lest your foot should slip after its firmness, lest you should taste evil, for you barred others from the Path of Allah, and lest a mighty punishment awaits you.

Do not consider your oaths as a means of deceit lest you damage the firmness of your faith, suffer from evil by creating obstacles in the way that leads to God, and incur a great torment upon yourselves.

And when We took a promise from you and lifted the mountain over you Take hold of the law (Tavrat) We have given you with firmness and bear in mind what is in it, so that you may guard (against evil).

Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message) I am with you give firmness to the Believers I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger tips off them.

And We wrote for him in the tablets of everything an exhortation, and and a detail of everything. So hold thou fast with firmness, and bid thy people follow the best thereof anonl will shew you the dwelling of the ungodly people.

Had We written for them, saying, 'Slay yourselves' or 'Emerge from your houses' they would not have done so, except a few of them. Yet, if they had done as they were exhorted, it would have been better for them, and stronger in firmness,

And We ordained for him in the tablets admonition of every kind and clear explanation of all things so take hold of them with firmness and enjoin your people to take hold of what is best thereof I will show you the abode of the transgressors.

Tell them It is the spirit of holiness that has brought it down, by stages, from your Lord so that it might bring firmness to those who believe, and guidance to the Right Way, and give glad tidings of felicity and success to those who submit to Allah.

What! is it a wonder to the people that We revealed to a man from among themselves, saying Warn the people and give good news to those who believe that theirs is a footing of firmness with their Lord. The unbelievers say This is most surely a manifest enchanter.

And recall what time We shook the mountain over them as though it were a canopy, and they imagined that it was going to fall on them and We said hold with firmness that which We have vouchsafed you, and remember that which is therein, that haply ye may fear.

And We wrote for him on the Tablets the lesson to be drawn from all things and the explanation of all things (and said) Hold unto these with firmness, and enjoin your people to take the better therein. I shall show you the home of Al Fasiqun (the rebellious, disobedient to Allah).

And when We shook the mountain over them as if it were a covering overhead, and they thought that it was going to fall down upon them Take hold of what We have given you with firmness, and be mindful of what is in it, so that you may guard (against evil).

And We ordained laws for him in the tablets in all matters, both commanding and explaining all things, (and said) Take and hold these with firmness, and enjoin thy people to hold fast by the best in the precepts soon shall I show you the homes of the wicked, (How they lie desolate).
