Reprieve

Satan said, Reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected.

Until he is found, there can be no reprieve from fear.

He said, My Lord, reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected.

He said 'My Lord, reprieve me till the Day they are raised'

I got a cable from Stemins. This got me a month's reprieve.

He said My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised.

He said My Lord! Reprieve me till the day when they are raised.

He said, My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected.

He said, My Lord, then reprieve me until the Day they are resurrected.

He wakes from brief dreams of tomorrow's reprieve, but they are only dreams.

He said Reprieve me till the day when they are raised (from the dead).

Nor do I know whether it may mean a trial for you and a short reprieve.

I think that this reprieve is possibly a trial for you, an opportunity to enjoy yourselves until an appointed time.

When the wrongdoers face their punishment, it shall not be lightened for them, nor shall they be granted any reprieve.

But God will not grant a reprieve to a soul when its appointed time has come God is well aware of what you do.

And He will forgive you of your sins, and reprieve you until a stated term. God s term cannot be deferred once it has arrived, if you only knew.

He said, Do You see this one whom You have honored more than me? If You reprieve me until the Day of Resurrection, I will bring his descendants under my sway, except for a few.

and further said, Do you see this being whom You have exalted above me? If You reprieve me until the Day of Resurrection, I will bring all but a few of his descendents under my sway.

And spend of that wherewith We have provided you before death cometh unto one of you and he saith My Lord! If only thou wouldst reprieve me for a little while, then I would give alms and be among the righteous.

Did it ever happen that the people of a town believed on seeing God's chastisement and its believing profited them? (There is no such instance) except of the people of Yunus. When they believed We granted them reprieve from humiliating chastisement in this world, and We let them enjoy themselves for a while.

And warn mankind of a day when the doom will come upon them, and those who did wrong will say Our Lord! Reprieve us for a little while. We will obey Thy call and will follow the messengers. (It will be answered) Did ye not swear before that there would be no end for you?

They became divided only after knowledge had reached them, out of mutual jealousy. Had it not been for a decree already passed by your Lord, to reprieve them till a specified period, the matter would surely have been decided between them. Those who inherited the Book after them are indeed in grave doubt, amounting to suspicion about it.

They did not divide into sects except after the knowledge had come to them, out of envy among themselves and were it not for a prior decree of your Lord granting them reprieve until a specified time, decision would have been made between them. Indeed those who were made heirs to the Book after them are in grave doubt concerning it.
