The cafeteria was self service.

It's open 24 hours a day. You can go in day or night.

A cafeteria is a self service style restaurant.

It will make our denominator 0.

Uranium hexafluoride is a gas.

They're going to essentially turn into water and disappear into the solution.

So there must have been 1 mole of hydrogen to begin with.

So in short, it's a do it yourself tool for small businesses to raise these funds.

Gas is a little cheaper with self service, now that deregulation is kicking in.

And then you're going to do customer validation and actually see if your proposed solution actually matches what you think the customer problem was.

Now my question to you is, is this the most general solution?

This problem there are.

(Laughter)

Right?

And it just sits there and burns for the 60 years, and then it's done.

So, think about strategic alliances.

The executives at these companies told me,

And the nice thing about this, we have a self serve program, and many thousands of websites have signed up, and this let's them really make money.

The next thing is you're going to test the solution, and you're going to test the solution if you're on the Web by building a low fidelity and then a high fidelity prototype, and you're going to again test your understanding of the customers' needs and whether your solution matches this.

You're going to test your understanding of the customer's problem or need, and you're going to figure out how to build the prototype.

They completely neutralize each other, and you have a completely neutral solution.

At that point, I've essentially eliminated all of the hydrogen ions that were in my original solution.

Is it performance or cost?

So it creates this inflection in the graph, and you just would have to look at this chart.

So let's look at these two situations and see if we get any solutions that make sense.

That is system integrators are designed to handle complex systems.

And so the phases of customer discovery start with stating your hypotheses, testing the problem, testing the solution, or verifying or pivoting.

In the same time, the audiences can make easy dance freely with a same song.

And then if you add even more kinetic energy, even more heat, at this point it's a solution now.

Now, there's all sorts of gimmicky solutions like that one, but they don't really add up to much.

So I'm going to briefly discuss a couple of problems that we have and a couple of problems where we've got some solutions underway.

You understand that the phrase I used was to develop the whole product, to deliver a complete solution to mainstream customers.

You know, we could have written that from the get go. x cannot be equal to minus 4, for any solution.

And what I also think is cool is even if you just look at this solution, it's kind of neat, right?

For Enterprise customers, we have account representatives ready to find just the right solution for your business.

And you said, well, gee, when I added 1 mole because you figured out at a liter of the solution of hydroxide ions.

There's no situation in which x plus 4 is going to be greater than 0 and we're going to actually have a solution to this equation.

By the time you've added roughly 900 milliliters of your solution, you probably would have gotten rid of most of it.

UF6 gets stuck up at the gas station, has to give up two fluorines you know and drops from UF6 back to UF4.

We don't need to wait for a magic bullet to save us all we already have an arsenal of solutions just waiting to be used.

A value added reseller might take a computer system and other pre packaged softwares from other third party vendors and maybe some utilities of their own and sell a turnkey solution to an end user and so they build less complex systems with less value added than system integrators but they could be great partners.

It's called healthcare a system where doctors can prescribe solutions to improve health, not just manage disease.

Our emphasis on solutions is quite intentional.

Instead, I would like this to be the impetus for people from a variety of businesses in Japan to participate and think about how Japan can bring design in as a solution for India.

Many of the solutions that I and my colleagues seek out and write up every day have some important aspects in common transparency, collaboration, a willingness to experiment, and an appreciation of science or, more appropriately, science!
