It was the government that made law function finally.

So I'm going to talk about some projects that have explored these ideas.

We're looking at building on some of the most precious resources of Africa people.

And you hear the words scarce resources a lot when people talk about economics.

And this is very important.

I think the first point to make is that we need to recognize natural capital.

Where do they get their water? Where do they get their shelter?

The province is relatively rich in mineral resources.

Then there is the whole northern India, which is going to be the bulk of the future demographic dividend.

The region is relatively rich in mineral resources.

That area is relatively rich in natural resources.

My goal is to build one city that entirely selfsustains,

Rich mineral deposits have been discovered recently in Afghanistan.

That was one of those turning points where I said, wow what am I doing here?

And economics is very interested in scarcity.

Resources.

And if you look at the species level, you saw about fish.

Growth of use will consume any energy or resources saved through conservation.

In America, political will is a renewable resource.

I'm going to talk about sheep, too.

In order to restore the bond, we need to utilize regional resources.

A lot of it was based on kind of ethnic beliefs about civilization.

An analogue would be the growth of bacteria in a petri dish.

They are the happiest place.

So I asked the Minister over dinner,

Our country must develop its natural resources.

So Bill Gates, as he was staring out at the audience, he said,

And you can't really have a proper model for development if at the same time you're destroying or allowing the degradation of the very asset, the most important asset, which is your development asset, that is ecological infrastructure.

And it can be done.

It's your resource it's not somebody else's.

Well, because there's a lot at stake.

How far to the source of transmission?

That is totally wrong. Those of you in the audience here, if you want to help Africa, invest money in sustainable development.

His rudeness was conscious, not accidental.

The country's economy has developed making use of its rich national resources.

That country has natural resources.

Japan is poor in natural resources.

China is rich in natural resources.

Now let's go up to the Arctic Circle.

But we need to think broad scale. We need to think globally.

We have to look at the education of humans.

It has no vegetation.
