Well, what the market is saying in this situation, and this is actually what tends to happen where the market value or in general the market value of a company tends to be higher than the book value, is that the company is saying that this company has some type of intangibles, things that you really can't put a finger on, or touch or feel or hold.

And if there are 500 million shares, that's 6.00 for each of those shares.

You leave aside what is natural to be natural.

They say hey, we think we can justify these guys, and we're going to do it for a little bit lower than they're actually worth.

So in summary, the questions you want to ask are how big can this be, how much of it can we get, what's the growth rate of the market, is the market itself declining or is it in flux or is it taking off? and most importantly here is talk to customers and the sales channel, and next important is you can get some pretty good market size estimates by competitive approximation if it's an existing or resegmented market, or even if we're going to clone a market outside the US.
