Excuse me, do you know where I can find a man named Rebi Ra?

It's a fish farm in the southwestern corner of Spain.

Rivers were lined with concrete.

It may seem counterintuitive, but it accounts for little streams all over the planet.

When you have rain in a place that has no trees, in just a few minutes, the water arrives in the stream, brings soil, destroying our water source, destroying the rivers, and no humidity to retain.

The rivers were flooded by the heavy rain.

It wanted the stream to be a river... the river a torrent... and this puddle to be the sea.

If we're going to look for these stealth black holes at the center of galaxies, the best place to look is in our own galaxy, our Milky Way.

The universe is really big.

London, the capital of England, is on the Thames.

And the thing is, it's not just big industry.

We are one outcome of a continuing adaptational process.

The basin of a river usually has rich farmland.

We live in a galaxy, the Milky Way Galaxy.

It was a long time before the river found its bed... and the stagnant water began to flow.

There's hundreds of miles of estuary and mangroves along the river...

Now let's turn to galaxies and clusters. One thing that will happen is a galaxy

And here's a beautiful picture of the Andromeda Nebula, which is our closest, largest spiral galaxy to the Milky Way.

And so that's the sort of sequence, and so I have a more artistic impression of this.

Many rivers in Japan are polluted by waste water from factories.

The count now is up to 80 we're finding about two or three a month.

And there was a famous great debate between two astronomers, Harlow Shapley from Harvard, and Heber

The debate was inconclusive. Shapley had wrong answer, that Milky Way is all of it.

Evaporation from oceans, lakes, and rivers creates 90 of the water in air.

There is one kind of galaxy that is actually completely dominated by dark matter and those are so called dwarf spheroidals.

We read that each year, the Vancouver municipal government monitors phthalate concentration levels in rivers to assess their safety.

So here is the 3D picture of our immediate extragalactic neighborhood, the so called Local Group of galaxies.
