More services, lower cost of ownership, flatter learning curve?

Understanding this ecosystem is really important not only in business to business sales but sometimes business to consumer sales as well.

In my book I talked about the fact that 72 percent of people trust what other people say about a brand or a company, versus 15 percent on advertising.

We've connected senior water rights holders with brewers in Montana, with hotels and tea companies in Oregon, and with high tech companies that use a lot of water in the Southwest.

Agriculture consumes a great amount of water.

So whenever you have a discussion on the things that may or may not drive inflation it's important to weight them by these weightings that the CPI gives them to actually figure out what the actual impact on how we measure inflation really will be.

So let's take a look at a direct sales example.

Many consumers rose up against the consumption tax.

VAT can be found on every receipt and is transparent for everyone to see.

We see that play itself out with empathy and respect.

We've mentioned the health, but it needs consumers to buy into it.

But oops, maybe they're responsible for what kids eat.

If we really want to see the kind of wide consumer behavior change that we're all talking about as environmentalists and food people, maybe we just need to ditch the term consumer and get behind the people who are doing stuff.

And what about the taxes?

One is that Frito Lay figured out this liquidity thing with their consumer.
