It takes too much energy. It will cost too much.

I was asked to make a few remarks on energy conservation.

It's plastic pollution.

And you hear the words scarce resources a lot when people talk about economics.

That was one of those turning points where I said, wow what am I doing here?

Where do they get their water? Where do they get their shelter?

Resources.

It is necessary to secure financing for local road maintenance.

And if you look at the species level, you saw about fish.

They are the happiest place.

In order to restore the bond, we need to utilize regional resources.

And economics is very interested in scarcity.

It's your resource it's not somebody else's.

Growth of use will consume any energy or resources saved through conservation.

An analogue would be the growth of bacteria in a petri dish.

But unfortunately, CCAMLR, the regional commission in charge of conserving and managing fish stocks and other living marine resources, is unfortunately starting to give in to fishing interests and has authorized the expansion of toothfish fisheries in the region.

Well, because there's a lot at stake.

And it's legitimate monopoly of means of violence, administrative control, management of public finances, investment in human capital, provision of citizenship rights, provision of infrastructure, management of the tangible and intangible assets of the state through regulation, creation of the market, international agreements, including public borrowing, and then, most importantly, rule of law.

I have unauthorized allocation

So there's lots of reason for pessimism.

We must try to conserve our natural resources.

That country has natural resources.

But we need to think broad scale. We need to think globally.

We have to look at the education of humans.

Perhaps the investment Sir William had agreed would have to be paid now.

So I asked the Minister over dinner,

There's another thing happening around the country, which is that companies are starting to get concerned about their water footprint.

And he described the diversity within crops all the different kinds of wheat and rice and such as a genetic resource.

It's taking profits from one place and allocating them into the protection of ecological resources.

We've seen an image of our blue planet, our world bank.
