They're at high risk of HlV through contaminated injection equipment and other risk related behaviors.

It's a medical story, but more than that, it's a social story.

We talk about things in relative terms.

And it still does.

And the trend? Well the trend is clear.

Each person must know their HlV status.

So this means that in a place with a lot of AlDS, there's a really significant cost of sex.

In fact, the HlV prevalence rate is 1.3 percent among adults.

And in fact, a number of countries are starting to make progress on a number of points.

And so we need to ensure that these people who are living with HlV or at greatest risk of HlV have access to legal services and they have equal access to the courts.

There is, however, ample evidence to show that incarcerating people increases their risk of HlV and other infections.

And the reason here for Africa is especially important, because '90s was a bad decade, not only in Kenya, but across Africa.
