Rather than call upon Him, they call upon goddesses, and call upon a rebellious Satan

You would call upon them to fight?

Those you call upon besides God are servants like you. So call upon them, and let them answer you, if you are truthful.

Verily, those whom you call upon besides Allah are slaves like you. So call upon them and let them answer you if you are truthful.

(The Pagans), leaving Him, call but upon female deities They call but upon satan the persistent rebel!

Indeed, those you polytheists call upon besides Allah are servants like you. So call upon them and let them respond to you, if you should be truthful.

Then let him call upon his henchmen!

So, let him call upon his way!

It is You we worship, and upon You we call for help.

Do not call upon any apart from Allah on those who have no power to benefit or hurt you. For if you call upon others than Allah you will be reckoned among the wrong doers.

And those whom you call upon besides Him (Allah) cannot help you nor can they help themselves.

Say, Tell me if the punishment of God came upon you or the Hour overtook you, would you call upon any other than God, if you are truthful?

Say, Call upon Allah or call upon the Most Merciful. Whichever name you call to Him belong the best names. And do not recite too loudly in your prayer or too quietly but seek between that an intermediate way.

So call not upon another god with Allah, lest you be of those who are punished.

Verily those whom ye call upon beside Allah are creatures like unto you so call on them, and let them answer you if ye say sooth.

Say, What is your opinion if the punishment of Allah comes upon you or the Hour arrives, will you call upon anyone (deity) besides Allah if you are truthful?

No, on Him alone you will call, and He will remove that for which you call upon Him, if He will. Then you will forget what you associate (with Him).

And those whom you call upon besides Him are not able to help you, nor can they help themselves.

It shall be said, 'Call you now upon your associates!' And they will call upon them, but they shall not answer them, and they shall see the chastisement ah, if they had been guided!

Upon a day He will call them and ask Where are they you imagined were My compeers?

But those ye call upon besides Him, are unable to help you, and indeed to help themselves.
