I prefer hardwood floors to carpet.

Here is hardwood forest in late fall.

In woodworking, we classify wood as hardwood, softwood or exotic wood.

And if you're remodeling your house, take out all the carpeting and put in hardwood flooring.

It went into these granite countertops and these hardwood floors and the vacation the vacation is pure consumption.

So unfortunately, a lot of that 500,000 it gets quote unquote invested in granite countertops, two more bathrooms per house, hardwood floors, and you can imagine.

When you add granite, or you add an extra bathroom or hardwood floors or this extra 2,000 square feet, is it making anyone who's living in that house more productive?

I have some money left over, let's say, I'm going to add a bathroom to my house and I will put the latest hardwood floors, so that my family will be impressed.

And it has two nice fences of tropical hardwood trees you have the shade trees planted in year one, then you underplanted with the sugar palms, and you plant this thorny fence.

So you're just somehow assuming that the granite counter tops that you choose are going to be the taste that someone else would like or that the hardwood floors are going to be the taste someone else would like.

And inside, we have this area for reforestation as a gene bank to keep all that material alive, because for the last 12 years not a single seedling of the tropical hardwood trees has grown up because the climatic triggers have disappeared.
