Then on that Day Allah will chastise as none other can chastise

But God would never chastise them, with thee among them God would never chastise them as they begged forgiveness.

God shall chastise him with the greatest chastisement.

Allah will chastise him with the greatest chastisement.

Upon that day none shall chastise as He chastises,

Allah will chastise him with the most terrible chastisement.

He said We will chastise him who does wrong, whereafter he will be returned to his Lord and He will chastise him grievously.

And if you chastise, chastise even as you have been chastised and yet assuredly if you are patient, better it is for those patient.

But Allah was not to chastise them while you are in their midst nor was Allah going to chastise them while they sought His forgiveness.

And Allah is not one to chastise them whilst thou art in their midst, nor was Allah going to chastise them while they were asking forgiveness.

But Allah was not going to chastise them while you were among them, nor is Allah going to chastise them while yet they ask for forgiveness.

He said, 'As for the evildoer, him we shall chastise, then he shall be returned to his Lord and He shall chastise him with a horrible chastisement.

And if ye chastise, then chastise with the like of that wherewith ye were afflicted, and if ye endure patiently, then surely it is better for the patient.

God said, 'Verily I do send it down on you whoso of you hereafter disbelieves, verily I shall chastise him with a chastisement wherewith I chastise no other being.'

He said As to him who is unjust, we will chastise him, then shall he be returned to his Lord, and He will chastise him with an exemplary chastisement

But on that day shall no one chastise with (anything like) His chastisement,

Allah said Surely I will send it down to you, but whoever shall disbelieve afterwards from among you, surely I will chastise him with a chastisement with which I will not chastise, anyone among the nations.

Why should Allah chastise you if you are grateful and believe? And Allah is the Multiplier of rewards, Knowing

Assuredly I will chastise him with a terrible chastisement, or I will slaughter him, or he bring me a clear authority.'

If You chastise them, they are Your servants and if You forgive them, You are the All Mighty, the All Wise. '

As for the unbelievers, I will chastise them with a terrible chastisement in this world and the next they shall have no helpers.'

(O Messenger!) It is not for you to decide whether He will accept their repentance or chastise them, for they surely are wrongdoers.

And others are made to await Allah's command, whether He chastise them or whether He turn to them (mercifully), and Allah is Knowing, Wise.

There are others in whose regard Allah's decree is awaited whether He will chastise them or relent towards them. Allah is All Knowing, All Wise.

As for those who disbelieve I shall chastise them with a heavy chastisement in the world and the Hereafter and they will have no helpers.

Should two among you commit it, chastise them both but if they repent and reform, let them alone. Indeed Allah is all clement, all merciful.

Then as to those who disbelieve, I will chastise them with severe chastisement in this world and the hereafter, and they shall have no helpers.

If Thou shouldst chastise them, then surely they are Thy servants and if Thou shouldst forgive them, then surely Thou art the Mighty, the Wise.

Make no excuses. You have disbelieved after your believing. If We forgive one party of you, We will chastise another party for that they were sinners.'

Do not make excuses you have denied indeed after you had believed if We pardon a party of you, We will chastise (another) party because they are guilty.

No city is there, but We shall destroy it before the Day of Resurrection, or We shall chastise it with a terrible chastisement that is in the Book inscribed.

that God may recompense the truthful ones for their truthfulness, and chastise the hypocrites, if He will, or turn again unto them. Surely God is All forgiving, All compassionate.

Make war on them. Allah will chastise them through you and will humiliate them. He will grant you victory over them, and will soothe the bosoms of those who believe,

And there is not a town but We will destroy it before the day of resurrection or chastise it with a severe chastisement this is written in the Divine ordinance.

Fight them, and God will chastise them at your hands and degrade them, and He will help you against them, and bring healing to the breasts of a people who believe,

So let not their possessions or their children please thee God only desires thereby to chastise them in this present life, and that their souls should depart while they are unbelievers.

Let not their riches or their children excite your admiration. Through these Allah seeks to chastise them in this world, and that their lives will depart them while they are unbelievers.

Your Lord knows you best. He will have mercy on you if He wills and chastise you if He wills. We have not sent you, (O Muhammad), as an overseer over them.

Fight them! Allah will chastise them at your hands, and He will lay them low and give you victory over them, and He will heal the breasts of folk who are believers.

And let not their property and their children excite your admiration Allah only wishes to chastise them with these in this world and (that) their souls may depart while they are unbelievers

Your Lord knows you very well if He will, He will have mercy on you, or, if He will, He will chastise you. We sent thee not to be a guardian over them.

Let neither their riches nor their children excite your admiration. Allah only wants to chastise them through these things in the present life, and to cause them to die while they are unbelievers.

Now, make no excuses. The truth is, you have fallen into unbelief after having believed. Even if We were to forgive some of you, We will surely chastise others because they are guilty.

(The consequence of man's carrying the trust is) that Allah may chastise hypocritical men and hypocritical women and accept the repentance of believing men and believing women. He is Most Forgiving, Most Merciful.
