And there's a lot of evidence that neural activity is encoding our thoughts, feelings, and perceptions, our mental experiences.

You get a hypoxia, or a lower oxygen.

A film also exists in time it's an experience that you should go through emotionally.

Tell me that that wasn't just me. We tapped into each other.

She has a feel for beauty.

And that gap is very intimidating.

The ideal savanna landscape is one of the clearest examples where human beings everywhere find beauty in similar visual experience.

We have knowledge.

They've all got sensory deficiency.

Then the human testing that took place in India...

So most of us have never experienced a situation as frightening as the one in which these sailors found themselves, but we all know what it's like to be afraid.

Some dancers, when they're watching action, take the overall shape, the arc of the movement, the kinetic sense of the movement, and use that for memory.

Why do we show our emotions?

Sexually unattractive people leave us cold.

That kind of food, yeah.

So this is where our story begins the dramatic moments of the birth of our first son, Declan.

What I'm feeling with my whole body is something else entirely.

So you send a command out, you get sensory feedback back, and that transformation is governed by the physics of your body and your sensory apparatus.

And so really, there are all these things,

But you shouldn't just take my word for it.

Now, I personally have no doubt whatsoever that the experience of beauty, with its emotional intensity and pleasure, belongs to our evolved human psychology.

Today, it is my job to encourage as many people to experience death meditation as possible.

I'm just numb.

It feels numb.

There's something called a mirror neuron which they've recently discovered that is one of the things that contributes to how people relate to each other and how we empathize.

She is lacking in sense of beauty.
