And we allow entrepreneurs to share a percentage of their revenues.

So then they funneled even more money.

So essentially, instead of Countrywide being responsible for my loan, my payments now go to these investors.

But the total perceived value, let me write that down another

They write these research reports because they want to go to institutional investors or people who have their brokerage accounts with these banks, and essentially sell them stock.

They're valuing these assets at 1 million.

As investors flee

Did you know that 40 percent of the wealth created in Africa is not invested here in Africa?

He valued what we already had at 5 million dollars.

And of course the investors would care that the money that they're essentially giving because they're giving money to the investment bankers who are giving money to

Investment bankers are tearing their hair out over the crash.

And I'll show you why that matters in a second.

And we start getting to the negotiation.

So this is my slice down here, 200,000.

And then they give the mortgage to the investment banker, which packages them up and then sells them to investors.

I'm legitimate.

Yes, it's an enterprise.

And investor D thinks he has 200,000.

And they have an auction.

In this corner, you have created something that's not valuable and not unique.

We said before any of this stuff on the top existed, the pre money valuation of just our idea was 5 million.

And of that share, we have 2 million shares outstanding.

So you can imagine, this is the actual amount of cash that

This is the total actual value.

And to lose touch with the basic rhythms of our biology and our health.

(Laughter) Here's some advice from one of the largest investors in the United States.

So we're going to give these what they call, let's say they say AAA rating.

At the time they were mostly losing money.

He had originally given us 5 million.

What's it like being an investment banker?

So let's say I have investor A.

They're like, look, both of us have tried out this guy, he's doubled our money two years in a row for both of us, you probably want in on this as well.

CA And now you're a big investor in that and bringing that to market?

I forget all the different qualities of debt.

Maybe by law, maybe he's a pension fund or he's some type of a mutual fund, that's forced to invest in something of a certain grade.

And each one is making their own individual effort.
