You have fissile nuclei. That means this is a nucleus.

And then in meiosis 2, these things get split in a mechanism very similar to mitosis.

Now, anaphase I is interesting, because remember, in mitosis in anaphase, the actual chromatids, the sister chromatids separated from each other.
