How shall we punish him, Miss Eliza?

Allah therefore seized him, in the punishment of this world and the Hereafter.

So God seized him with the chastisement of the Last World and the First.

So God seized him with an exemplary punishment, in the last and in the first.

Thereupon Allah seized him for the chastisement of the World to Come as well as of the present.

So Allah seized him (and made him) an example for the after (life) and for the former.

So God struck him with the torment of this life and the life hereafter.

So Allah seized him with the punishment of the hereafter and the former life.

but God seized him and meted out to him the chastisement of both the next world and the present

So Allah seized him with the punishment of this life and the Hereafter.

So Allah seized him with the punishment of the Everlasting Life, and of this world.

So Allah seized him in exemplary punishment for the last and the first transgression .

So God seized him for the punishment of the Hereafter and this world.

But Allah did punish him, (and made an) example of him, in the Hereafter, as in this life.

So are they being impatient for Our punishment?

What, do they seek to hasten Our chastisement?

Our torment seek they to hasten on!

Do they seek to hasten on Our Torment?

Are they seeking to hasten Our punishment?

Do they seek to hasten Our chastisement?

Would they hasten on Our doom?

Do they want to suffer Our torment immediately?

What! would they then hasten on Our chastisement?

Do they really wish to hasten Our punishment?

Then for Our punishment are they impatient?

Do they wish (indeed) to hurry on our Punishment?

Early religious thought conceived God as a sort of superhuman person, doing things all over the place.

He will avenge the people on their oppressor.

And they urge you to hasten the punishment and if a time had not been fixed, the punishment would have certainly come upon them and it will indeed come upon them suddenly whilst they are unaware.

And they demand of thee to hasten the chastisement! But for a stated term the chastisement would have come upon them but it shall come upon them suddenly, when they are not aware.

And they ask thee to hasten on the torment. And had not there been a term appointed, the torment would surely have come unto them. And surely it shall come upon them of a sudden while they perceive not.

And they ask you to hasten on the torment (for them), and had it not been for a term appointed, the torment would certainly have come to them. And surely, it will come upon them suddenly while they perceive not!

And they urge you to hasten the punishment. Were it not for a specified time, the punishment would have come to them. But it will come upon them suddenly, while they are unaware.

They ask you to hasten in bringing chastisement upon them. Had there not been an appointed term for it, the chastisement would have already visited them in fact it will come down upon them all of a sudden (at its appointed time) while they will not be aware of it.

They bid thee hasten on the doom (of Allah). And if a term had not been appointed, the doom would assuredly have come unto them (ere now). And verily it will come upon them suddenly when they perceive not.

They demand you to bring upon them torment immediately. Had not the time been fixed, the torment would certainly have approached them. It would have come to them suddenly and they would not have even realized how it came.

And they ask you to hasten on the chastisement and had not a term been appointed, the chastisement would certainly have come to them and most certainly it will come to them all of a sudden while they will not perceive.
